Course Introduction


Drucker suggested that marketing and innovation are two fundamental functions of an organization. Organizations rely on innovations to obtain sustainable development. This course promotes Drucker’s concept of innovation. Through case study and analysis, participants will explore how to develop new services and strategies by innovation.
